Clients and colleagues describe me as genuinely caring, collaborative, and curious.
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of experience providing individual therapy, psychological assessment, clinical supervision, and organizational leadership.
Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to creating spaces that feel safe, collaborative, and affirming, where individuals can explore not just what is happening in their lives, but understand why, and what meaningful, sustainable change looks like for them. My therapeutic style is human-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I tailor my approach to the individual in front of me, believing that therapy should reflect the complexity and uniqueness of each person’s lived experience. Furthermore, therapy is about building the tools and insight to expand your capacity to face life when it is anything but easy. From this work, you could find peace, clarity, choice, space to feel, or reconnection to what is important to you.
โ
I work primarily with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, whether due to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or identity shifts. I have a particular passion for working with professionals navigating high-pressure environments, and with neurodivergent adults seeking deeper self-understanding, support with interpersonal dynamics, and a greater sense of agency and authenticity in their lives.
โ
I completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University in Oregon, with specialized training in forensic psychology, and completed my internship at Florida State Hospital. I completed my postdoctoral supervision and worked at McLean Hospital’s Center for Neurodevelopmental Services in Boston, Massachusetts, where I also served as a Clinical Instructor with Harvard Medical School. My time there solidified my interests with and expertise in nuanced assessment and diagnosis, and providing therapeutic support related to co-occurring trauma, emotional regulation needs, and interpersonal effectiveness work, especially within neurodivergent populations. Since then, I have worked in group practices across the United States providing individual and group psychotherapy and comprehensive diagnostic and psychological testing. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve designed and led training programs for master’s and doctoral-level clinicians, supervised early career therapists, and held leadership positions in growing group practices. I find fulfillment in supporting both clients and clinicians in finding clarity, connection, and confidence, whether in the therapy room, the training space, or the wider systems they are a part of.
