Clients and colleagues describe me as grounded and
thoughtful. He works great with individuals/couples/families with complex dynamics.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker who provides therapy for
individuals (youth & adults), couples, and families.

I take a holistic and relational approach to therapy, helping people
build healthier relationships with themselves and others. With a
background in social work and extensive experience supporting children
and families, I focus on emotional connection, communication,
resilience, and conflict resolution.

I'm a certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) practitioner and
incorporate a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT,
Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness, and behavioral activation.

My therapeutic work is inspired by nature and the values it
teaches—reflection, determination, and growth. I believe in the
healing power of both internal strengths and natural supports, guiding
clients on a grounded, integrative path to well-being.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time biking and coaching youth soccer.

I am currently accepting patients who reside in DC, Maryland, and
Virginia, both in-person and virtually.  I provide services in
English, Spanish, and Portuguese (Brazilian).
